I recently gave my ford kuga 4/4 for a full service with some gearbox glitches . The team was excellent in diagnosing the fault and rectifying it on top of the regular service I asked for . Car was delivered by the promised time . Mr Taylor who was co-ordinating through out the process was so friendly , helpful and informative . The gentleman who repaired the gear issue came forward and opened the bonnet and explained to me in detail about what the issue was and what has been done which I doubt other garages do , even dealers . In summary , outstanding team . I’d recommend JSW to my friends and colleagues . The only thing I regretted was going to distant garages when these people were in the next street to me ! Other members in the garage were very friendly too . Great job guys

Whilst on a short break holiday in Norfolk, the front wiper blades started shuddering in the rain which was very irritating. We called into JSW car sales because we saw a 'car service' sign. The staff were most helpful and identified the problem as worn wiper blades, They weren't in stock, so ordered them and they were delivered within 40 minutes by their supplier and fitted. I was just a passing motorist, not living in the area, but I was impressed by their kindness and helpful attitude. The price of the blades was very reasonable too.

Really happy to buy a car from JSW pleasant staff no pressure car was nicely prepared washed and clean however a problem with a couple of warning lights occurred and were dealt with promptly, a loan car was provided free of charge, on collecting the car all fault's fixed and again washed and clean would recommend this company and would buy from them again

Friendly And Very Helpful

Took my car to JSW car sales yesterday morning ,as it needed a service and MOT. On arrival , a loan car was waiting for me as they had promised and later that afternoon the garage rang to tell me the car had been serviced, explained what they had done and that it had passed the MOT without any advisory items and told me the cost of this work, which appeared to be a fair and reasonable amount. When I collected my car , I was delighted to see that they had given it a thorough clean , it was absolutely gleaming in the late afternoon sunlight , they had even put some blacking on the tyre walls. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I have arranged for them to ring me next month to fix an appointment for my other car which will need an MOT etc in late March.

Excellent help and advice, having problems with my Jeep Cherokee, having been to main Jeep dealer in Peterborough and a local garage to carry out diagnostics they both told me that nothing was wrong, JSW did the same and found a fault. So much for main dealers. Ordered part and was due to replace in couple of day's however car died so contacted JSW and Johnathon called me back at 10:30am saying it is not a problem and they will come to my house and fix it for me at my home today. Thirty minutes later he arrived with a mechanic, replaced the part and got the car going. That is amazing customer service and really does go the extra mile. Good advice, good service, honest and fair pricing and always polite and a smile. What more could you ask for? My next car will be from Jonathons forecourt in the next few weeks without question. Thank you JSW may you always succeed you deserve to.

Had puncture on A10 a few 100 yards from JSW, called in as needed assistance . I had an appointment in Lynn within 30 minutes. John and his staff gave me a car to borrow without quibble, immediately sourced new tyre and fitted it that day. Would recommend.
